California Alliance Against Domestic Violence (CAADV) was chosen to contact the component addressing community-based domestic violence services and programs. Their goal is to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate technical assistance and training on the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative and strategic interventions and programs that serve communities of color with community-based (non shelter-based) domestic violence services and prevention programs.
